Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS -

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are not permitted for returns. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that are not permitted for returns: * Gift cards * Downloadable software * Certain health and personal care products To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Books showing obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. *

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within a few days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before you see your refund posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at mybagaventura@gmail.com. Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for shipping back your item. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
