Shipping area
We currently offer free delivery to France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Delivery costs and times
Orders are generally delivered within a time frame that may vary depending on the product and stock, but this will never exceed 21 working days after checkout.

However, the delivery time may be extended due to increased orders or severe weather conditions. If such an event occurs, we will inform you immediately by email.
Please note that we temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date.

Shipping Address
Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery. Once your order is placed, changing your address is no longer possible.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you.

Shipping Information
Once the order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including the order details and tracking number.
Please note that if your order includes multiple items, they will be shipped in separate packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes between 6 and 21 days for you to receive your order. T

Cancellation of Order
It is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. You will receive a full refund once your order has been successfully cancelled. However, if the product you ordered has been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. Please contact us via email at mybagaventura@gmail.com for a return and refund as soon as you receive it.
